Race Centre in Eesti Maaülikool Sport Hall (Kreutzwaldi 3, Tartu) is open on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th at 9.00-19.00.

Please take a look at your data in the start list and on your envelope. In race centre check your time keeping chip. In case of any mistakes inform the secretariat.
TO GET A CORRECT RESULT - TAKE A LOOK AT THIS!
For electronic time-keeping, the chip must be attached as shown on the picture. For assistance, please ask the organizers!
Enter the start gate according to the start number!
Attach your start number to the handlebar. Riders with start numbers 1-300 have two additional numbers which must be attached to the sides of the lower back.
The chips will be collected from bikes in the finish by organizers. If it still remains on the bike return it. In case of not returning the chip, penalty 30 EUR! In case of breaking the race please hand the time keeping chip to the organizers.
START ORDER - START GROUPS WRITTEN IN THE RULES
Rattamaraton begins with a mass start. Everyone must start from the corridor according to the start number. Disposing the start groups the results from 2010 or 2009 were taken into consideration only in case of registration before September 12th (included). It still does not guarantee the same number or position in the same start group.
RESULTS - ONLINE RESULTS
Unofficial results are updated constantly on the information board in the finish area and in internet www.tartumaraton.ee About missing data please inform the secretariat! Official results are online on Friday, September 23rd by 17.00.
All protests concerning the race results and breaking the Rules etc must be given in writing to the President Commissaire. Concerning first 100 finishers during 1 hour after first 100 participants have finished. Concerning all the others, up to closing time of the finish. The cost of a protest (except of these concerning race results) is 40 EUR, which will be refunded only when the protest has been met. Protests concerning unofficial results can be sent to Club Tartu Maraton until 21.09.2011 at 17:00.
Choice of bicycles is free. It is not allowed to change the bike during the race.
Everyone participates on his own responsibility. Helmets are obligatory!
Using outside help for moving along the track leads to disqualification.
All kinds of motorcade are not allowed!
Riders must follow the orders from traffic and security officers!
In start and SP-s organized by Hawaii Express. Organizers do not guarantee tyres or other parts!
Organized by Estonian Disaster Relief Team. There are ambulances in the start, SP-s and finish. If you see someone in trouble, inform the organizers or call 112!
THINGS LOST AND FOUND
Organizers are not responsible for lost things. Things lost, found or borrowed will be brought to the Lost&Found office in the finish. Later on, things can be found from Club Tartu Maraton during one month. If possible, please mark all your things with your name and phone number!
PARKING - IN START and IN FINISH
Parking in Otepää is free - please take a look at the scheme on page 8! Please follow the instructions given by parking officers!
Parking in Elva costs 5 EUR and can be bought from the race centre or from online ticket shop www.piletilevi.ee ut pt Sept 17th at 19.00 or also, if necessary, at the entrances of parking lots. Free parking for buses with more than 10 seats!
Parking ticket bought from the race centre or online gives a free bus ride to all passangers from Elva to Otepää.
EARLY ARRIVAL GUARANTEES PARKING CLOSER TO THE START!
To avaoid traffic jams the organizers may close the entrance to Otepää, coming from Tartu, at 9.00. All cars arriving later will be directed to the Substation parking lot by the city line. From there the distance to the start area is 1,75 km. Getting to the start takes about 7-10 min on a bike and ca 20 min walking.
Ticket for the day costs 4 EUR from presale and 5 EUR from the bus ! And it can be bought from the race centre at opening hours or online www.piletilevi.ee up to September 17th at 19.00.

NB! Bicycles are not allowed in the buses. Bicycles will be transported with cars that follow the buses!
Busride back to Tartu and Otepää also costs! The ticket bought for going to start is also valid for going back! First buses from Elva departure at 14.00 after that by fulfilment! In Tartu the final stop is in front of Aura Centre (Turu street).
LUGGAGE - in START and in FINISH
Put your belongings to the plastic bag with your start number and take it to the luggage storage or if necessary leave it in the yard next to the start corridor. All bags will be taken to the luggage storage in the finish and sorted by the last number of your bib!
BIKE STORAGE - in FINISH
To make moving around the finish area, leave your bike to the bike storage. The first storage is at the end of the finish corridor and the other one at the gate of the feeding area. No bikes allowed in the feeding area.
WASHING - in FINISH
Limited possibilities in the sauna and showers of Tartumaa Tervisespordikeskus. Water cranes at the end of the finish corridor for face wash.
BIKE WASH - in FINISH and also in 4 of the service points (Matu, Astuvere, Puka and Palu)
6 bikes can be washed at the same time in the bike wash area. In a rush hour the waiting may reach 30 minutes.
DIPLOMAS - in FINISH
Every rider who completes the race gets a diploma with the result. Please remember your start number! For extra money, results graph with personal data (speed, time, ranks etc throughout the whole course) can be bought.

In the secretariat for everyone who completes the whole season (40. Tartu Maraton, SEB 29. Tartu Jooksumaraton, SEB 30. Tartu Rattaralli, SEB 14. Tartu Rattamaraton).
NB! It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to throw trash on the course or to the forest! Put your empty bottles / other trash in your pockets or under your shirt and throw them away in special waste areas or in the service points!
